Arrogance would bother me, but I haven’t really come into contact with that too much. I guess it depends on the person because one person could do something and another person could do the same thing and it comes off a little bit different, right? There’s just something about them, their whole aura.
“It can be really challenging in today’s world for anyone - especially girls and women - to feel good about their bodies. No matter how things look from the outside, we can all be super critical of ourselves and of our image in the mirror. I remind myself to be kind to myself, and as slightly ridiculous as it may sound, to treat myself in the same gentle way I’d want to treat a daughter of mine. It really helps.”
“When I look back, I don’t have regrets. In the moment I am really, really hard on myself, I’m definitely my own worst critic and can be my own worst enemy, and I’m trying very hard not to be that.”
